Recall Playtex Pacifier Holder Clips

There is a joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Playtex Products, Inc. The affected product is a plastic clip with a figure and a “Playtex” copyright mark secured by a ribbon with a pacifier clear plastic ring at the end. The pacifier holder was sold in green with a monkey figure, pink with a flower and blue with a tow truck.
Consumers should take the recalled pacifier holders away from infants immediately and contact Playtex for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund. More Information Here
