Target has opened an international website that gives Canadian shoppers the option to order products to ship over the border now.

Exclusions for international orders are free shipping (including for REDcard holders), free returns, gifts/gift cards with purchase, gift wrap services, Cartwheel offers, subscriptions, registries, coupons, store pickup, warranties, and extended service plans.
