RECALL Lululemon Tops With Draw Cords

There is a joint recall with Health Canada, the United States and lululemon athletica. The affected tops have an elastic draw cord. When the elastic draw cord is pulled or caught and released, it can snap back and make contact with the face area and result in injury.
